Alfendo Ltd trading as JTA Holidays is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chains.

We operate a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking, and we are committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency in all business dealings.

This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

About Us

JTA is a UK-based travel company providing travel arrangements for customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland, including flights, accommodation, transfers, cruises and related services.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chain includes a range of travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, transfer companies, cruise operators and technology providers.

We recognise that modern slavery risks can arise within global travel supply chains, particularly in sectors such as hospitality and transport.

Our Approach

We take a risk-based approach to identifying and addressing modern slavery risks and have implemented appropriate controls across our business.

These include:

  • Carrying out due diligence on suppliers before engagement
  • Working with reputable partners who share our ethical standards
  • Including anti-slavery provisions in supplier contracts
  • Monitoring higher-risk suppliers where appropriate
  • Maintaining internal controls to ensure fair and lawful employment practices

We encourage all employees to report concerns, which are investigated appropriately.

Responsibility for this area sits with senior management, supported by a designated compliance lead.

We ensure relevant employees are aware of modern slavery risks and understand how to identify and report concerns.

Our Effectiveness

We monitor our approach through internal controls and key indicators, including supplier due diligence, contractual protections and employee awareness.

Continuous Improvement

We are committed to continuously improving our processes to identify, prevent and address modern slavery risks, including working with suppliers to uphold high standards and taking action where issues are identified.

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Alfendo Ltd and is published on our website in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
